We endorse all earlier comments. Yes, close to the beach and town centre... Yes it's "rather old" in decor and Yes Yes Yes it's scrupulously clean. We love the San Juan festival in Torrevieja but our apartment is too far to walk for return. Up to now we'd taken a night stay at a 3 star hotel but were disappointed in 2024 so we chose Fresno. And we were delighted. Much larger than we thought- two double rooms and a spacious lounge area. Kitchen fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and iron. Ironing board in one of the spacious wardrobes along with ample fluffy towels. Even found washing-up liquid and tea towels in kitchen. Thoughtful. Aircon was fully working- good job as this was the warmest day so far. Very polite and efficient check in- TIP!! Take UK drivers licence for proof of UK UK address. (We live in Wales- inherent problems with spelling!) We left a 50€ deposit which was returned following morning after another friendly receptionist checked before we left. Can't think of any major bad points- we read about the old decor such not an issue for us. All the good points mentioned already- totally agree. My wife is a light sleeper- no traffic noise and the bed was to her liking. Will definitely stay again next year.

We checked in here for a 9 day stay and we were not impressed. Stayed here before but didn't experience the issues we ran into this time. First the bathroom had a disguisting smell, it was spread in the whole apartment from time to time. Complained about it a couple of times and they said they knew about it. They showed very little concern about the problem. Over all the staff was very nonchalant. Beds were awful, think they have had the same beds for ages. Poor cleaning also. The only thing we could find positive is the location.
