arrived at this apartment 24th march we where given our keys from a super friendly lady miriam on reception went into our room and walked strait out the place was a complete dump went back to reception and asked is there a better room she said i could upgrade to a suite for extra cost i asked to see the room and agreed to pay like day and night very comfortable and spotless with balcony the staff are amazing and do there best in apartments that need lots of money spent on them location is amazing everything all round you

Stayed 4 nights from Thursday until Monday. I was concerned booking it after reading reviews. However, for what we paid it more than excelled. Fantastic location, room was very dated but also very clean. Its an old building so we didnt expect modern. It was a place to sleep while we explored the island. Reception were very friendly. Location is 1min from beach/shops/restaurants/bars. 5 min to bus station where you can go all over the island for a few euros. The roof terraces on floor 5 and 6 were amazing! Towels changed every second day and room cleaned every day except Sunday and Thursday. View from room was into an internal courtyard, but for all the time we spent in the room it made no difference. I would stay again due to the location. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful then this is ideal

Ok was a cheap get away for 5 days Good points Central location Clean apartment Apartment was serviced regularly Towels and bedding changed Negative points Very very dated Internal rooms just looking over central court with a glazed window was depressing Could become noisy in the evening due to raised voices from other apartments Would I stay again at this apartment - no. But definitely go back to Las Palmas

Bad en old appartement, no daylight, the windows are blinded, no balcony, no services, the windows can not closed. No holiday feeling. Pictures on the site looks oke, but my appartement was not the same on the pictures on the site!
