We went out of season but the hotel was fairly busy still, the staff I spoke to were all very pleasant and helpful. We used the luggage room on our last day and everything was still there. My young son and I had a lovely stay here.

This is not a hotel . We booked 8 nights at Tossa Park at the begining of October with Loveholidays . On our arrival at 5 am in the morning ,there was no one on reception and we had to wait over half an hour ( after calling the OOH number ) before someone came to the door .The night manager insisted on taking our passports and refused to take a photo copy and asked for a 50 euro deposit . When we got to our room ,there were no beds ,just a sofa bed and a pull out bed under the TV unit .and no blankets The room felt like something from a 1960's institution .The fridge was ancient and the cooking facilities were very outdated . We proceeded in taking action and voiced our complaint with Loveholidays using the emergency number and were advised to take photos .To cut a long story short ,it took us the best part of the day ,going back and forth between Loveholidays and reception staff to refund us .Neither parties could confirm if this would be possible so we paid for another hotel elsewhere in Tossa. Loveholidays has confirmed that they will refund us with the grand total of £44.00 .We slept in our room for a few hours and didn't use any of the facilities . My advice to you ,if you are thinking of booking this hotel is to look elsewhere .Tossa de Mar is a charming and peaceful town and there are lots of really nice hotels around ,just not this one .

Started off with a 3 hour bus journey from the airport. Was told to get off the bus and onto another bus, had no clue where we were. We got dropped off at a bus station and no direction as to where the hotel was. Had to google maps it. Walked about 15 mins. No mention of this when I booked through on the beach. Got to hotel check in fine. They take 50 euro deposit. Was told need to make sure I empty the bins or won’t get money back. Got to room and was devastated. It was horrible. 3 single pull out dirty beds. Balcony felt unsafe. Horrible sewerage smell throughout full room. Couldn’t stay. Booked another hotel. I know you get what you pay for and we were just looking for somewhere to sleep but I have never experienced a hotel like that in all my days. Avoid. On the beach transfers wanted to pick us up at 1:30 am for a 8am flight. Taxi to airport 185 euros. The hotel we got was a 1 star and it actually had proper beds and a clean bathroom it felt like living in luxury compared to this hell hole. Oh and the lady on reception needs a good attitude check 👌
