We loved our stay and ended up staying longer , all the team there is super friendly and helpful, the food is very nice and worth to get a a all inclusive deal as super convenient. Lovely beach and we cannot wait to return , thanks to Bert’s and the other ladies working there 💫

I'm writing this to reassure others who have booked this hotel and then read the negative reviews and panicked. Firstly, this is not a five star hotel, it never claims to be. I think some of the reviewers are expecting five star luxury for three star prices. However, the garden area and communal areas are lovely. I'd rate them higher than three stars in all honesty. The rooms themselves are very basic. But exceptionally clean (as is the whole hotel) and comfortable. I've slept better here than at home. Yes, the walls are thin. I'd recommend earplugs if sounds from other rooms bother you. I've read comments about the staff not being friendly or helpful. My experience has been the total opposite.they can't do enough for you. Lovely, each and every one. All in all I have had a lovely stay. Met some lovely guests, explored the area. I can't fault a thing. My only gripe ... I wish I'd booked for longer.

The only good thing about this place is the location, they have the most dreadful staff, the food was always cold and the rooms were more like a hostel than hotel, no way this is a 3 star, more like 2, complained about the constant noise but nothing ever done. AVOID

Absolutely loved it. Very stiking reception lovely room.Very clean. Gardens and pool area lovely. Actually think its more 4*. Because of the time of year the resort was pretty quiet,which i liked. Ten days of peace and quiet. Fablous place to chill out.
