Beautiful, calm place. Friendly and really peaceful. Spacious flat with terrace with a compelling view of the seaside. It was everything we hoped for

Lovely place. Very clean area's great staff. Willing to go out there way. Lovely big pool much needed. Rooms massive. downfall was living room settee. Filthy with stains definitely needs to get new furniture in. I wouldn't of slept on it as a pull out bed. Shame really. Bit more of a dust round wouldn't of hurt either on cleaning days.. Definitely need a car as we found out on day 2 and my god you need it lol. Otherwise is a lovely place. Great view's

Gorgeous location, apartment overlooking the sea. Sitting on the terrace in the evening hearing the waves hit the rocks; total relaxation. Our apartment was rustic and charming, comfy beds and plenty of room. Pool is stunning and always sunbeds free for us. A shame the pool bar wasn’t open in the afternoon or evening for a drink, we spoke with many guests who commented the same. Very friendly and helpful staff. We hired a car so we’re ok but you really do need a car for this location. We would definitely come back again

We booked this apartment for five days but had to leave after just one night due to its poor condition. The photos online were misleading, and the reality was far from what we expected. The place had a bad smell, and some amenities were either broken or missing. The blanket was very old and very thiny so was very cold to sleep, apartmentthe was not well-maintained, and overall, it felt neglected. We tried to address the issues, but there was no proper response or solution offered. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. To make things worse, they also refused to refund our money, even though the apartment was clearly neglected. This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. Avoid this place unless you want to risk a terrible stay and losing your money! Would not recommend this apartment unless serious improvements are made.

This place is lovely. The staff were very welcoming even arriving late at night. The apartments are absolutely huge, and found the kitchen had all the utensils you would need. The hotel is clean, has vending machines if you need a snack, and a lovely pool, very well kept gardens. It's a very quiet location, residential not touristy at all. Better if you can drive, we didn't hire a car so did a lot of walking! There is an amazing pizzeria just round the corner but it didn't open until Wednesday. Also a little shop there too, they were open every day. The walk up to El Toscal only took maybe 10/15 minutes but the roads are very steep, you have to be fit 🤣 there are some great rambles across the mountains that are very popular with hikers. The balcony from the hotel has the most amazing view across playa de los toques beach, but it is not an area you can swim. This whole area is quite brutal to try swim in, especially if any wind. Lovely and quiet, prepare to walk up steep roads or drive unless you want to stay round the pool all day.
