We stayed here 14th-21st November. They are lovely apartments which were within walking distance to Yumba centre and Cita centre. Beach is just a 2min walk. The Kasbar is 1 min walk but you don't hear much noise from it. Apartments were very clean and comfortable. It also has a nice roof top for clothing optional sunbathing which is something we look for. The staff we're fabulous and very helpful. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back here.

Fantastic wee place , great location for shops restaurants and pubs , minutes to the beach , room was spotless cleaned every other day , nice and quiet at night ,pool area is small but never a problem getting a sunbed, great aircon would definitely return,

This is our second stay at these apartments.The block consists of eighteen apartments on three floors in a small plot. The beach is a short walk away, about 6 mins, there is a lift to about halfway down to shops and restaurants, beyond this there are steps to the beach. Restaurants, bars and shops are all close by and more are by the beach. Public parking is just outside, which we normally managed to find a space, however more street parking was normally available very close by. The ground floor rooms open directly onto the pool area which is lower than the surrounding road. Pool is small, but adequate and well maintained. Sunbeds are very good and plentiful and have very good cushions, there are a number of parasols and toilets and a cold water shower in the pool area. The pool area is quiet and no annoying music is played here and most guest respect this. There is also a solarium on the top floor with sunbeds, for nudists and textiles, but no parasols, but has a shower. The rooms consist of a bedroom, kitchen area with table and three chairs, lounge with TV, sofa and easy chair, bathroom with shower basin and WC, balcony with table and two chairs and clothes dryer. TV has lots of channels, but only one English Channel which is Sky News. Rooms have AC and this is included in the price. Kitchen has sufficient cutlery, crockery and pots and pans to make limited meals and includes, fridge, 2 ring stove, coffee maker and toaster, but no microwave or oven. The rooms have no hair dryer, although we asked for one at receiption and they lent us one to use. There was plentiful hot water. Overall the apartments are a very well maintained albeit a little on the small size, but quite adequate. The rooms are kept immaculately clean. Rooms are serviced every other day by a charming Spanish lady. Rooms have a large safe, €2 per day and a €10 deposit. WiFi is free but limited to the reception area, but has to be paid for in the rooms and pool area. €28 for 14 days one device or €32 for 14 days for three devices. The location has quite good 4 and 5g so mobile data works well, but ensure your data plan includes sufficient roaming data, we used our mobile data. Receiption is only manned in the mornings and outside these hours keys are pick up from the hotel opposite. Cleaner is very helpful as is the manager, pool area is maintained first thing in the morning by other staff. Keys are required to enter the main gate and a second for the room. We rated this apartment block as very good, it is in a pleasant location, well maintained and run by excellent staff. Improvements; ideally free WiFi would be welcomed. Nice touch that a bottle of water is left in the fridge for new guests. I suspect we will be back.

Great apartment. Very nice and helpful staff. Cleaning lady very nice. Apartment very clean, towels changed. Sufficient swimming pool. Great location. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The apartment has separate bedroom. it is sufficient.
